Truly Preservative Free
McLean is the only deli-meat company in Canada whose entire product line is truly preservative-free: no preservatives or nitrites from cultured celery extracts. Meat products that contain celery extracts can have as much, and often more nitrites than the processed meats that list sodium nitrite on their labels.
Animals Raised No Antibiotics
All McLean animals are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones and are free-run or free-range. We are also proud to offer a selection of Humane Certified and Certified Organic products.
Allergy Friendly Deli Meats and Sausages
Our recipes are based on the principle of using only lean cuts of meat with no bi-products or fillers. Our deli meats are also allergy friendly: free of gluten, soy and dairy.
